Jeffrey Sachs, who is the Director of the Center for Sustainable Development at Columbia University and President of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network, has a very sober analysis regarding US policy towards Russia and China.
Sachs says the bipartisan US approach to foreign policy is "unaccountably dangerous and wrongheaded," and warns the US is creating "a recipe for yet another war" in East Asia.
