@liaizon I once had to cite an ISO standard in a paper, and in trying to do so I learned that India's Department of Economic something-or-other has (or at least had) a collection of ISO documents they'd bought, stuck their own branding on, and uploaded to archive.org. Each document had a long preamble about how freely available standards documentation is an important public good. I don't know if they're still up somewhere. I wish I could remember all the details
