You mean like a nationwide long term equivalent?
It's looking pretty bad. It's a "no" from most politicians in charge, out finance minister recently called people demanding or even using it basically scroungers and some northern states wanted to do their own one (for more than 9 euros) but most of them state it's not possible without federal funding.

There are some. But it's hard to de-bias them because that whole ticket thing took place during holiday season and leaves a lot of interpretational room for those who are against it to target the results.

@liaizon saw one today on 'Zeit online'. The preliminary result seems to be, that most of it was additionally, people going places they wouldn't otherwise have visited.

@liaizon My guess: Nothing of this sort is going to happen some time soon. Better do as much as you can of your traveling this month.
