@nixCraft nevermind, didn't put the little ( ) hands after the function begging it to run @nixCraft You forgot the ββ¦β when you stare at your screen for one hour and starts daydreaming. man, I've never done any professional programming, just a hobbyist (which is a good thing for me *and* for the world π ) but this is the thing that has always struck me about software showstopping errors can be so hilariously banal @clive @nixCraft the longer it takes to track down a bug (in non-threaded settings), the more likely the fix is like a single character, some missing not or comma or maybe a pair of parentheses. Threads can have rare bugs for intrinsic reasons, so they are on a different scale. Although many solutions are just to add or removing some locking (but I am not that good at threaded envs).

If you really want to mess with a JavaScript programmer, replace all the semicolons (;) with the Greek question mark character (ΝΎ) and watch them try to debug their code. |
this seems to be a recurring occurrence, based on the cracked laptop. haha. i can't blame them, tho.
