Two cartoons of characters in ancient Egypt.

In the first image, below the text "Last Christmas, I gave you my heart," a human kneels and offers a heart to the jackal-headed god Anubis.

In the second image, below the text "But the very next day, you gave it a weigh..." Anubis is weighing the heart on a scales and it is weighing heavier than the white feather of Ma'at. The human looks anxiously down into the bottom left corner of the image, where the lion/hippo/crocodile goddess Ammit grins happily in anticipation of being given the heart to eat.
