@digitalfox @KayOhtie @qdot hopefully it'd basically just be putting on a sort of hairclip (attached near the root of the hairs for optimal haptics i assume) @zuthal @digitalfox @KayOhtie yeah I’d mostly been considering an lra approach myself but this is super interesting and may just require a couple of hair clips and quiet motors. That said, possibly pulling hair when taking off headset might suck heh. @qdot @digitalfox @KayOhtie you could probably connect the force transfer hoses to the actuators with a slip fit that requires less force to pull away than would be required to cause series pain by pulling on the hair |
@KayOhtie With hair-based ear haptics, I kind of wonder how much is involved in putting on/taking off the headset, especially when you don't have someone to help you. Still, this looks neat!
