I was getting secondhand dysphoria from people saying how much they love my fantasy character.

so, circa 2020, I made a new one. I decided to engage deliberately with that feedback loop. I made a version of myself who's "like me, with bigger tits and more confidence", but this time I made him giant, and fat, and clumsy, and I decided to love all of those things. And yeah, Klay isn't as instantly popular as Magenta, but when Klay does get a compliment, I get more euphoria, because people are saying nice things that are *true about me*.
