Gregory's Server@dieTasse @BrodieOnLinux @mozilla I will hazard a guess that at that amount the merchant fees are too high. At 1€ they might be lucky to not lose money processing it.
It would be neat if merchants offered an option to pool the costs of several small transactions, but I don't think there is enough competition for anyone to consider that atm

Its a possibility. Although, from my experience, it usually is about 25 cents, the costs. It would be nice then if they offered yearly donation, so I could put 12 euros. Or accept donations in Monero 😀
