@ntt just because a game engine supports Linux, doesn't mean people using it do Linux, this has always been the case for any game engine

I know that all too well, unfortunately... Funny thing is, many indie devs do support Linux natively, while triple A games usually don't.
One more reason to stick with the small fish.

@ntt i'll just continue to play whatever i like, proton or native, i'm a gamer first, many native games removed their support - it really doesn't matter

Indeed. These days almost everything works via proton, except the odd game with kernel-level anticheat system.
