It's especially true for cis men. Getting testosterone is easy for cis guys, and since T is a controlled substance, it's not something you can get off the grey market. Transfems at least have more access via international grey markets.

@phire If anyone does this (or is doing HRT for menopause for themselves really), try to get bioidentical estradiol not ethinyl estradiol, it's safer.
