Welp, #Microsoft announced that consumers will only going to get one (yes ONE) year of extended support for #Windows 10 for $30 and that's it. So for consumers it's either going to be through the LTSC route or Linux.

@ParadeGrotesque I don't think Microsoft would be dead but it would mean more pressure to perform due to more serious competition in the market.

Imagine if there was more OS options that businesses, the enterprise, and consumers would have available. We'd be better off.
