here's the angle: pardon young thug and tie that into a larger RICO reform directive. like have the DOJ limit RICO cases to only large-scale criminal enterprises. it has no business being used against protesters and labor unions and street-level operations since the penalties are insane (20+ years, asset seizure before conviction, unfavorable plea deals)  @samhenrigold People have this weird idea that Democrats are progressives, possibly they get this idea from the Democrats themselves... |
