"America" is a very long continent¹, while TSWADN (The State Without A Defined Name, someone call it USA) is just a small part of the continent.
¹ Do you know ancient Greeks hypotesized its existence because tides in Spain and in India were too different, so there must be "something" in the middle to stop water?
