@liaizon I don’t know what that is (I know it’s about gender and I respect that) but it was interesting. @liaizon my motto is what people do in their private life and what they identify as is not my business and respecting them is a humane thing to do so I may not catch up with everything but as far as we’re civil and friends, I’m OK with it. @arh I know you didnt mean anything offensive by your comment but if you care to know how it can be taken: non binary people are usually ones who have a strong dislike for people to put them in the boxes that this society has created and enforced for us. So your comment is: "I saw you as woman, now I see you as dude" = definition of a binary. So in the spirit of respecting each other please take a moment and reflect on why you find it relevant at all to point out a persons gender @liaizon I think it’s just a habit I grew up with. I grew up being thought that there’s only two genders and every person is one of the two. I didn’t mean to offend you but the whole thing is new to me and my generation so please understand that how I speak and my choice of words may not represent how I think or believe. Old habits die hard, sadly. |
