Another regression: Repeating the commercial "2 caste popularity system" where:
.1% go mega viral by being promoted just for being popular, creating a repeating snowball of popularity/promotion loops, while
99.9% Struggle, unpromoted in obscurity for not already being popular, even when more relevant.
Recommendations should be based on interest relevance, not popularity, which favors accounts with paid promotion.
