 @darius I wonder how much of this has to do with non-encrypted content? Groups aren't encrypted at all, and you have to opt into end-to-end encryption. Does this come down to Telegram being unresponsive to law enforcement including when they're asking about content where Telegram holds the unencrypted text? |
@darius There's definitely a lot to process. Feels like our (global) laws are really lagging behind tech. I feel woefully underinformed about this stuff.
