They are THE smartest people I have ever had the privilege to speak with. And they are also highly influential and respected in their respective field. It is laughable to see men trying to dumb down interview processes for woman, when there are countless women who have accomplished more in their early/mid careers than these men can ever dream off, despite all the obstacles they faced along their ways. |
