@mcc @tsupasat Right? I ran FreeBSD for years as a consultant (~ 2016 to ~ 2020), and now Linux for laptops. There were certainly painful things.

But I've *also* used Windows (bank-issued temporary machine) and macOS ... and as much as FreeBSD and Linux had papercuts, wow, they were nothing compared to the pain of using either Windows or macOS.
