@maldr0id I have no clue about Korean law, but if it resembles anything sane, this would lead to civil lawsuits but also criminal prosecution.

The latter might be enforced by victims forcing the public prosecutors to try the case (in other countries, there are legal procedures to force public prosecutors to bring cases to court).

In other words: dunno who decided this, but they might find themselves at odds with civil and criminal law....

@maldr0id Oh, if only we _really_ cared about copyright, but instead we care about the ability of big corporations to make money with copyrighted material that others created.
