Gregory's Serverman, i'm thoroughly bummed that the 3 books i wrote are no longer accessible as part of the @internetarchive library. i've purchased so, so many books after discovering them there (or the similarly declawed google books). i've also often used it to quickly reference my own books & others, especially if i'm out in the world & need to look something up. not like a library, actually a library. https://xoxo.zone/@waxy/112651689438313490 #books #libraries

@internetarchive sadly, my publisher is one of the names on the lawsuit. i've certainly voiced my frustration to my editor there & emphasized how important the IA resources are to the book i'm currently writing for them, but i don't think it had much impact.  @bourgwick Would you be up for talking about this in a blog post?
