I'm a Network Engineering student in western Canada looking to break into the IT field. Big into open source and geeky pursuits. I use Linux (Fedora) as a daily-driver and am comfortable with a command line.
I've also dipped my toes into programming (python, javascript, bash). I prefer hashtags in camel case, 0-based indexes, and hyphens over underscores. I want to learn Golang someday.
Some of my interests: - the indieweb - decentralized social-media (the real Web 3.0) - political philosophy (I took Poli-Sci in school) - solarpunk (I am into environmentalism) - selfhosting (e.g. this site/service)
